This laptop is amazing. It does everything that I need it to do. It is perfect to take to all of my shows and events and it is great to have the information that I need to help customers right at my fingertips. Also, the price was very reasonable. Dealing with Best Buy was fast and easy with good customer service to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend them.

I originally purchased a MacBook Air, but after 2 weeks i realized it was more than i really needed for light home and office work. The screen was smaller than i liked, so I returned it and picked this HP. I have never been happier with a purchase. This screen is large, graphics are great, and this laptop is fast. I caught an open box deal and i highly recommend this laptop.

i bought this laptop as a gift for my sister and she liked it, it is not too big or too small, just a perfect size for her school works. it is easy to use with a lot of storage. processing speed is also better compare to other brands with the same offered specs.

I recently retired from the military and needed a new laptop to support the next chapter. I'm no computer expert and I haven't purchased a computer in YEARS. The geek squad team (two representatives) took the time to explain in great detail what features/models suited my needs. They even helped me outfit my future home office. The computer is great. Fast, user friendly, and equipped with lots of memory. I couldn't be happier with my computer purchase, but I would have been much less confident in the purchase without these excellent Best Buy "geeks." Thanks guys!

This is my first HP Laptop. It's a good laptop, however, the battery life isn't very long and the fan is loud. It gets hot quickly.

This was an upgrade laptop for my wife. I went from an i5 to an i7. She could tell the difference right away. Got it on sale so I got a great deal. This laptop runs a lot cooler because it doesn't heat up as much from the bottom when you have it on your lap. Over all it's a great computer that is not top of the line, but will get the job done for work/personal use.

Purchased this as a 2nd computer for new job. Have been a Mac user for years but didn't want personal stuff /business stuff on same device. For the price, it's fine. Needs recharge far more frequently than Mac but it was 1/2 price. All else ok.

I love my new HP laptop!! The Geek Squad tranferred everything from my old tired laptop and set everything up for me. My new computer is fast, love the touch screen. I knew my old one was super slow but I had no real idea until I got this one! Everyone at Best Buy was great to work with,

Best buy delivery was on time.. pricing was excellent.. credit terms excellent.. wish laptop has more ubs inputs.. also a little noisy fan but I'm assuming that's because it has more power.. screen doesn't seem to have a much brightness.. overall I love it for writing music! ..

I have only had this computer for a month, but so far very easy to use, lightweight and perfect for work. Prccessing peed is not the fastest, but it's adequate for my needs. The battery life seems strong - haven't measured the time, but I have used the laptop for several hours without having to plug it in.
