Easy to use, quick. Using for home office. Nice screen, clear, love the touch screen.

This laptop is amazing. It does everything that I need it to do. It is perfect to take to all of my shows and events and it is great to have the information that I need to help customers right at my fingertips. Also, the price was very reasonable. Dealing with Best Buy was fast and easy with good customer service to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend them.

This is a great laptop - very fast, thin and light. I like the screen resolution, too. My only problems are with the keyboard. The start key is very narrow. Unfortunately my fingers are round, not yet adapted to this key. The start key does not have any feedback so you don't know if you pressed it deep enough to activate. A small backlight would be nice. Other buyers complained about up and down arrow keys. They are half the size of left and right arrow keys, although used much more often.

I originally purchased a MacBook Air, but after 2 weeks i realized it was more than i really needed for light home and office work. The screen was smaller than i liked, so I returned it and picked this HP. I have never been happier with a purchase. This screen is large, graphics are great, and this laptop is fast. I caught an open box deal and i highly recommend this laptop.

Purchased this as a 2nd computer for new job. Have been a Mac user for years but didn't want personal stuff /business stuff on same device. For the price, it's fine. Needs recharge far more frequently than Mac but it was 1/2 price. All else ok.

I recently retired from the military and needed a new laptop to support the next chapter. I'm no computer expert and I haven't purchased a computer in YEARS. The geek squad team (two representatives) took the time to explain in great detail what features/models suited my needs. They even helped me outfit my future home office. The computer is great. Fast, user friendly, and equipped with lots of memory. I couldn't be happier with my computer purchase, but I would have been much less confident in the purchase without these excellent Best Buy "geeks." Thanks guys!

Nice features, large memory and touch screen. Sets up easily, and good sale price

This is my first HP Laptop. It's a good laptop, however, the battery life isn't very long and the fan is loud. It gets hot quickly.

light weight great picture very thin runs great and can do multiple things

This was an upgrade laptop for my wife. I went from an i5 to an i7. She could tell the difference right away. Got it on sale so I got a great deal. This laptop runs a lot cooler because it doesn't heat up as much from the bottom when you have it on your lap. Over all it's a great computer that is not top of the line, but will get the job done for work/personal use.

I love my new HP laptop!! The Geek Squad tranferred everything from my old tired laptop and set everything up for me. My new computer is fast, love the touch screen. I knew my old one was super slow but I had no real idea until I got this one! Everyone at Best Buy was great to work with,

Best buy delivery was on time.. pricing was excellent.. credit terms excellent.. wish laptop has more ubs inputs.. also a little noisy fan but I'm assuming that's because it has more power.. screen doesn't seem to have a much brightness.. overall I love it for writing music! ..

I have only had this computer for a month, but so far very easy to use, lightweight and perfect for work. Prccessing peed is not the fastest, but it's adequate for my needs. The battery life seems strong - haven't measured the time, but I have used the laptop for several hours without having to plug it in.

For the money, it was a great computer. I only needed it for a few things. So far is run fast. The screen is nice as touchscreen so was very nice.
