Had about 2 years now, lost one key/popped off, and just had a memory DIMM fail. Kid using it was pretty happen till now with performance. Monitor quality could use better contrast

I always like HP. This laptop is pretty fast. I do not like windows 10 but I put in classic start and did away with windows 10 S - the s means you can only use verified microsoft products!!! Other than the software I like my laptop!!

great product. use it very often both at home and at work. touch screen makes it easier to use especially when i do alot of artworks with this laptop.

I bought this HP touch screen laptop that i love so much because it was easy to set up and navigating through was easy too. I had an old one that was replacing and this blew it away.

easy to set up right out of the box. I turned it on and it did the set-up smoothly even hooking directly up to my internet and had me working on the laptop in less than 20 minutes!

This computer was a decent price but it functions so well. It’s easy, light weight and yet seems powerful in speed, storage, and efficiency. It was a good choice for me.

Very fast, easy to navigate. I wish there was a backlit button for the keyboard at no extra charge. After 40 your eyes play tricks on you. But glad to have it.

So far so good - nothing major to report as I have only been using the laptop for about 2 weeks. The one aspect that has been, to say the least, not so appealing is customer support - quite challenging to get an HP REP on, and when I did I had to escalate due to the inability of the associate to be able to answer some simplistic questions. Today I tried to contact support again for some simple questions about Active Pen usage on here and well, I had to jump hurdles to get a phone # to contact someone. And I mean HURDLES! So that has been the only draw back as of yet. More to come.

Very good looking. The color looks elegant. The touchscreen works well. The keyboard is just OK, but I am using an external keyboard so it doesn't matter to me.

Easy to set up & use after turning off the S mode. Wished it had one more usb hub. Old style office- lots of plug in devices for the computer. Computer itself is very fast. The screen resolution is great.

The computer seems to be working fine. I expected it to run faster with 12GB memory though. Seem to have issues with transferring info from Samsung S10 but I think its the phone not the computer a security setting that I can't seem to figure out and I know how to choose the correct options to transfer files with plug in. Motorola phone transfers just fine. Not many frills or thrills it gets the job done and hopefully it will stand the test of time. If I get 5 good years from it I will be happy. For what I paid not lucky enough to get it on sale, it should have light up keyboard. Laptop itself feels sturdy and not cheaply made so that's good. Setup was quick and easy. I did not like the feature where windows waits to tell you that the computer is specifically made to use Window related apps so the Anti-virus software I was not able to use until I disabled it and there was a disclaimer stating once I disable I cannot go back - I think its silly and we should be told that Up Front! So to get the extra extra security you can only have window pre-authorized apps which most people will probably have much more than those type of apps. I disabled it so I can use what I need.

This laptop is amazing. A little heavier then I like but over all a great computer. I needed a new one as a remote teacher and this does everything I need.

This is a decent laptop, however the keyboard lettering doesn’t have enough contrast for use by a person with vision issues who needs to see the keyboard. So, I had to ding this review to 4-stars because this laptop keyboard is gray-on-silver (poor contrast) and it’s not backlit. Be aware that if you need to return, you’ll need to return the full ‘bundle’ you purchased to get a full refund. We returned to the store in GJ, CO. Our in-store Customer Service return experience deserves more than 5 stars. Many thanks for your excellent customer service.

not a big fan of windows os. downloaded chrome even though microsoft made it difficult. wish i could disable microsoft edge. other than that hp always does a nice job. shipped quick, good price.

Brought this for my son for Christmas and to do his school work on. He loves it and loves the fact that he can use the touch screen feature.

Love this laptop. Keyboard is so easy to use. Touchscreen is a bonus but would recommend a wireless mouse. So many features,am still learning.

Purchased open box online. Product came exactly on time and in excellent condition. I have not had many opportunities to use it thus far, but guided set up and software installation went seamlessly. I forgot it wasn’t a touch screen, and not a fan of touch pad. Found an old wired mouse laying around - and for now it works beautifully. This laptop is going to be used for web surfing, some light word processing, and spreadsheet. No gaming- although the AMD Ryzen would support doing so. The processor is fast fast fast. So far very very pleased.

I love the feel of the keyboard and the graphics of my new laptop! The keys are perfectly comfortable and I don't have the issue of the touchpad trying to move the cursor to a different place like I have with previous keyboards on laptops. The 15.6" screen has the appearance of a 17" or larger screen and the images are very clear. I'm very happy with this laptop.

Only had the computer a couple of months but it meets all my needs and then some. Battery life isn’t as good as stated and keys are not lite, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

The laptop is powerful enough for all my activities including music and games. High quality at a reasonable price. Delivered on time.
