    I have easily adjusted to using this new laptop after primarily using a desktop with 2 monitors for a number of years. I am very pleased with its quickness while booting up, as well as its quick responsiveness when opening new tabs or going back to a previous one. It's a good laptop without having to break the bank.

    Purchased for my girlfriend who has gone back to school while juggling a full time job and 2 kids. Her current laptop was extremely slow, outdated and only worked while plugged in. It does everything she needs and now worries about 1 less thing. This was a solid purchase and have zero regrets.

    It was easy to get set up and going with. The picture is fine. It's not a fancy laptop. I bought it as a backup machine. But it does have 16GB memory and I expect this will last a few years. I could see it being a good machine for a high school student or even a college student. It's not a gaming machine but it's good for work.

    With pressure to upgrade to Windows 11, we have been pleasantly pleased with the ease in transitioning from 10 to 11. As senior citizens with difficulties learning new technology, the Best Buy team is always attentive to guiding us through the process. We have adjusted to Windows 11 without any issues, thanks to the Geek Squad team.
