As senior citizens with difficulties learning new technology, the Best Buy team is always attentive to guiding us through the process.     I am very happy with my new HP laptop! it has everything I need! It not too heavy and I like the big touch screen. I would recommend. I had the Geek squab transfer my data from my old laptop to this new one. Very easy process. I bought the Best Buy membership which also includes 1 year of the Geek Squad service should I have any problems and also includes 100% warranty. I would recommend, as I have already used them and they were very helpful.

    It was easy to get set up and going with. The picture is fine. It's not a fancy laptop. I bought it as a backup machine. But it does have 16GB memory and I expect this will last a few years. I could see it being a good machine for a high school student or even a college student. It's not a gaming machine but it's good for work.
