I picked one up at the end of October and it's been great so far. Was a bit of an adjustment getting used to Windows11 but I've got it tweaked out to my desired effect. Turned off "S" mode and setup for performance. This laptop replaced an Asus X540LA I bought in 2016. Had a good run but was starting to break apart physically and was not upgradeable to Windows11. This new HP is a great mid-range upgrade. And the price was good ($400). But now it's an even better deal at $300. I only use for email, looking up stuff on the web, etc. Not sure how good it would do with games but I don't care because I don't do PC gaming anyway. Thanks, BB

Bought this for a small business and it does everything we need it to. Loaded Microsoft professional and a mechanic shop program. We use the internet daily on it. It is fast and runs numerous programs with no lag time at all. I love the size of the screen and the lightness for commuting when needed. I would recommend this for student and business use.

Great computer. Fast, customizable, easy to use. Bought for work, which means it needed to travel well, and it does. Fantastic battery life! Love the touchscreen! Would buy again and recommend to others. My only complaints are not a lot of USB ports (which is fine), and the placement of the power button. It's in an unusual spot, and really it just annoys me in an aesthetic kind of way.

If you're buying this for a teenager, don't waste your money .the actual construction of the casings and plastic are not that sturdy. But the Guy at the store. Warned me...so I still bought it...we don't travel with it, so it's not a big deal. I will say the battery life is impressive and the speed of the programs are impressive, does come with alot on it.some of the graphics that I've seen are basic tho. Wife really likes it. So Just catch it on sales and its a decent buy

This is my second Laptop, and the quality and value are even better than the first one. This is a top-notch machine that is fast, thin, sleek and elegant. My first Surface laptop is still going strong after 8 and half years and expect this one will last just as long up and until I'm ready for another upgrade. I was thinking of getting a MacBook at one point but decided to stay with the laptop since I felt it was a better value for the money

I had a major nursing exam and my computer died. I showed up at best buy as soon as they opened and the gentleman that helped me was fabulous. I was in and out within 35 minutes with a new computer and everything set up. The computer has been fabulous. Battery last long and itbis lighter which helps when i have to carry all my books.

What an awesome deal on this great computer! The screen is large enough to see details, the touch feature makes it easy to move things around and the key board allows me the feel of actually feeling the keys, which makes it more comfortable for some that came from a free standing keyboard. It is lightweight and fits nicely into my bag for travel.
