    Not a bad laptop, It isn't as fast as other laptops I've had but it does what I want it to do, most of the time. The quality isn't the best. The touchpad sticks a lot, and it takes a bit of prying to get it unstuck. I would NOT buy this model again because of this issue.

    Laptop performs well but the concluded SSD died after 10 months! Geek Squad employee said it was actually physically warped. Warrant covers it (thankfullly), but we lost a ton of data. If you buy the laptop, plan to replaced the hard drive, but a good deal otherwise.

    This laptop works great as it should. Haven’t had any real problems with it. The only down side is the battery life isn’t extremely long if not plugged in. Not a great in the go laptop. I think if the battery life was longer this laptop would definitely be a 5star. I use this for work and it runs perfectly no slow processing or anything.

    Love this laptop. Just started using it. A learning curve from my old one. Do not like having AI on it, want to figure out how to disable it. Also wouldn’t let me set it up without selecting microsoft365. I already have it on two other devices. It is not recognizing one of them.
