Disappointed

Every time it would go to sleep mode it would get stuck in that mode and would not wake up unless you turned it off with the power button. When the laptop came back on it would perform a BIOS update. I called hp tech support and the tried to fix it remotely to and that didn't work.

Difficult to turn it on

The power-on bar is difficult to use. It took me three attempts to power on a few minutes ago, which is typical. When I finally got it to power on, it opened to BIOS Recovery System - just because I made several attempts to turn on my laptop. I have been using computers at work and at home since 2002 and I never had problems just turning on a computer until now. It is kind of useless if I can't turn it on.

Does not hold too long even with an SSD

All other laptops i bought for my kids schoolwork are still going as well as expected. Others i would rather choose 1) Dell 2) Samsung 3) Lenovo

Slow computer

Other computers I own do not have this issue. Web pages loaded slow. Not sure if it was a defect in this particular computer or if it was all of this make/model.

"S Mode" is frustrating!!!

Extremley frustrating!!!! We cannot download apps from Amazon etc...only apps from the Microsoft store. talk about a monopoly!! At this point we are checking out disabling the S Mode snd taking our chances!!! So mad!!!!!!

Beware of faulty network adapter

The wifi wouldnt work unless you were sitting right next to your router. Had to return it.

Thst one was a turtle compared to this one! Im not sure if its just normal or mjust mine but my square charging box gets a little warm but otherwise A+ computer
