Not only did I find one at a most reasonable price, they transferred all of my information. I am quite pleased with this touch-screen HP laptop. It is so easy to use.

Great laptop for the money!

It had all the features she can ever need. Only issue is, it was difficult to make Google her main search engine, as it kept trying to have Bing take over. Once I got over that hump, everything else was as good as expected. Overall great item for the money!

That was the main reason why i purchased this brand but after getting this product home & played around on for a few, i have to say that this laptop is rated A+.
