This is a great laptop for the price. I use it for internet based activity - didn't really install any software in it. Works great, fast, holds a charge. Nothing to complain about. Perfect for students, or someone who just needs fast internet access.

The computer is light weight and has a thin profile. It took many hours to update the Microsoft programs included in the computer. Once it was done, then the machine worked very well.

Love the touchscreen and voice command features. Very easy to navigate

Bought this as a gift for my son who is in College and he loves it. Touchscreen is a nice addituon and he says it is fast. Semester starts soon and will really see how it holds up.

I was spoiled after having my last HP Touchscreen which was damaged in a house fire. It was one of the first things I replaced. I had no problems with the previous one and don't expect any with my new one. Been using it for 6 weeks now and love it as much as the last one.

This is a awsome laptop for beginners and home purpose. The price is incredible and it also comes with a touch screen. So far my experience is good. Will definitely reccomend this

I spent days comparing laptops and finally decided on this one. I spent a little more than I wanted to hoping this would be a good deal in my price range, but I lucked out. The first two days the computer ran well, but by day three it was apparent that I had a problem. I've spent most of today refreshing webpages over and over, closing the browser, reopening and having it freeze up altogether. I also had issues with saved pages not opening in the browser. I really wanted to like this and was hopeful the first two days, but now it's apparent that this is a poorly designed laptop. Pros: Touchscreen - I wasn't sure about the touchscreen feature at first and almost didn't get it, but after trying it out, I just LOVE it! Honestly, it's probably one of the only great things about this computer. Makes browsing and some tasks much faster and easier. Also great for online games and apps. Desktop/start menu: I'm new to Windows 10 and wasn't sure how different it might be, but I like that it opens up in a normal desktop view. The start menu is okay. Simple enough to get used to and kind of fun to personalize with different apps and pages. Cons: Trackpad - Its a good thing this is a touchscreen because the trackpad is terrible. Not very smooth motion, sometimes misses your finger position causing you to constantly have to readjust. Webcam - Quality is VERY LOW! I couldn't believe just how horrible the quality of the webcam is. It's very grainy and unclear. Wouldn't recommend it for taking pictures. Also used Skype a few times and the quality was BAD. Performance - Great at first, slow and unreliable after a few days. Maybe fine for basic tasks and writing, wouldn't recommend it for anything else. NOT good for online games (Forge of Empires, Vegas World, etc). Constantly freezes or just stops. I also bought a Windows based computer so I could play my Nancy Drew games, which played fine on my Windows 7 starter laptop, however I was unable to play them on this device. I kept getting an error message "init DirectDraw()" and something about not being compatible and the game would close. Very disappointing.

Just bought this laptop and already love it. It has plenty of storage for my files and software. I like the feel of the keyboard and the fact it is touchscreen. I got this on sale and was an upgrade from what I originally planned on getting.

Light weight, and great picture quality. Fantastic specs, especially for the price. User-friendly with notifications of all systems updates, easy to follow instructions, sensitivity on the touch screen is perfect. Would definitely recommend.

This HP laptop is good value for the money. The RAM capacity and HD capacity provide a solid platform for use long term. The size is well suited for travel and portable use.

This is a great deal for the price. The only drawback is that it is not bluetooth enabled. I had to buy an adaptor (pretty inexpensive), but just one more thing to deal with.

I love it and it works great. I'm taking online courses with it.

Bought this for the grandson who was going back to college. He needed a solid computer that would handle the homework and research. So far so good. For the price it has been doing the job without any problems. He is very happy with it.
