I like the computer so far, but I struggle with computer technology, I am slowly getting things figured out. I should have scheduled a training session with the geeks but have not. This computer will meet my needs and I think I will like the touch screen feature. Some of my problems have been connecting to other devices. I realize the computer is fine but the operator needs updating.

It's not the machine's fault this is only 4 stars, it's a great little machine for the price. Best Buy loses a star because the person who helped me online told me that it had a backlit keyboard. It does not. This was quite important to me and I would not have purchased had I known. But, now that I have it, I like everything about it except the absence of a backlight for the keys.

I think this may have been the first computer that didn't stress me out when I was setting it up. I'm disappointed that Microsoft doesn't allow file transfer without paying for third party software, but that's not the computer's fault. The plastic case worries me, but I like the keyboard and the touch screen has been easy to get used to. Works well multitasking Office programs.

Was not originally shopping for a new laptop, but my old laptop was having issues with it's ability to connect to Wi-Fi service. After the geek squad ran tests on my old computer, it was going to cost more to fix then what I was willing to put into it, because it still would have been an old computer. We looked at many computers, this one had more features, and ended up being on sale too. Love the touch screen features. Has everything we needed plus some. So far it is working out great!

I am becoming familiar with Windows 10, my previous laptop was Windows 7. This one is so much faster and easier to use.

I just needed a basic laptop for searching the web, checking email, etc. This fits the bill. I get Microsoft Office from my job so only having the trial on this machine didn't bother me. Its fast enough to view the pages I use and to video chat without lagging so I'm happy. It fit the bill and fit the budget. I'd recommend it for someone who just needed a basic machine.

Bought 2 for our twins.....they are fast, nice graphics and the touch screen is a great feature. Want one for myself.
