Purchased this laptop based on the basic features needed for work and basic browsing. Everything fits my needs, but I wish it had Bluetooth capability. I also wish the keyboard was backlit, but those two things were not deal breakers at the end of the day.

This computer is a streaming addict dream come true! Every streaming App you can think of is offered! No need for cable when you get all streaming apps in one Pc You will not regret your decision it’s well worth the money!

I am so happy with this laptop and it is touch screen which I did not realize when I purchased it. I was looking for a good product at a good price and found it. One of the best purchase's I have ever made. By the way, I buy all my items from Best Buy!!

Works great for what I needed. It was well worth the price I paid. Don't expect it to perform like a $800 laptop though. Works much better than other laptops I tried with comparable specs.

I bought two of this laptop for my sons who are in first year high school and first year college. They both use it for school work and gaming. So far it's been working and no complaints.

It serves a great purpose for our family one of which is a 3 year old and she is able to use it just as she would her iPad. It's light weight enough for everything included within the laptop considering large touch screen, keyboard regular size, etc.

I purchased this computer as a upgrade for my older laptop. I was surprised with the processor speed. This laptop has performed past my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone.

I am a student, dropped previous computer(Toshiba), bought this computer on sale. I am able to performed needed task on this HP for much less than it would have cost to buy a Toshiba.

I bought this laptop for school, but I now use it for everything. It's the perfect size and weight for me. It does everything I need it to do for school and at home, so easy to set up and print from. Great price too! Definitely a great purchase!

this is a very light windows laptop that has a disc drive, cd/DVD burner - which is the reason we got it. It serves that purpose, but still doesn't stack up to the ease of using a Mac.

was disappointed it does not have a Bluetooth on it. I called before I ordered it and was a said it did but when I got it there was not one. The computer is a good one for what I need.

I love this laptop! Especially the touch screen feature. First laptop I've used with this feature. My son will truly get a lot of use out of it when he starts all those college papers.

I bought this computer for my 10th grader. She is happy with the computer. We did need to install Microsoft office on it for her but overall it has been a great product for the money.

Worked great after initial purchase, but start up and load times slowed significantly after downloading Chrome. It’s functional, if you need a basic laptop, but I’ve found that my smartphone is more reliable and efficient.

This item was purchased as a Secret Santa gift for a high school senior getting ready for college. I researched computers with the help of an IT Specialist from my place of employment and we decided this was the best computer for a college student.

I need a reasonably priced laptop for everyday use. This is good buy for the money. I don't game or do a lot of downloads. Just everyday web surfing, bill pay etc. Would recommend.

This is a good everyday use laptop. LIghter than most that have an optical drive. Would have given 5 stars if faster processor, but you get what you pay for. Love the touch screen.

This laptop is perfect for my classes. It's not too big, but not small enough that I can't type easily on it. I love the touch screen for applications that don't involve typing. The memory size is great also, much more space that my old laptop.

Really liking the G series from HP. They're well-built and feel good to use. My only qualm is that it's pretty much total deconstruction to replace any part on these models. Would have been better if the bottom plate just came off as a whole.
