My daughter needed a reliable laptop for college. I have had several HP laptops that I have been very satisfied with so decided to purchase an HP for her as well. This one has a touchscreen and plenty of storage and RAM. My daughter loves the computer. Very pleased with this purchase.

I love my new laptop. the price was so good I couldn't pass it up, it is so much lighter, smaller and faster than my old one. Works perfectly for me, I only use it for email, photos and documents but I'm sure it would handle much more. If you missed the sale, you missed a great deal.

My new pc works wonderfully. It is everything I hopef for. Eady to maneuver. ..speed is good and the added features work wrll. However, customer service is awfulas usual! Because it is equipped with Windows 10 many features and usage were unfamiliar to me. The representative said I could come in and work with a geek squad rep to customize my needs...that was a joke. There wasn't anyone who wanted to help me on this! I walked away again feeling frustrated for even trying!

What a laptop fast touch screen hard drive just amazing all this in a laptop...

This laptop is just what I needed as an amateur photographer. It has lots of ram, fast processing, great screen to view photos and overall am delighted with it and the price which I felt was very reasonable. I would recommend this laptop to everyone.

This laptop does everything a high schooler needs it to do. Speed is decent, 1TB of storage, WiFi, battery appears to be holding good charge after few months of use, and can't beat price at $300. Nice that its a touch screen but don't use it much.

This computer works great for my everyday use. Pros touchscreen and memory/processor. Cons No bluetooth and poor graphics card for gaming. I am happy with it overall. Good value.

Great basic laptop with an I3 and 6gb of ram. Sale price was great for a quick steady performer, mostly used for web and light office work. Would recommend if found at sale price again..

*would rate 4.5 but not an option First I would like to say that I almost always buy HP Laptops just because of how reliable they are. But I needed a computer quick due to my other computers battery giving out after 3 years of hard labor and lots of multitasking (also HP). With this computer I love the 1 terabyte hard drive and the price was perfect. It runs great and is able to easily keep up with my fast pace classes that I am taking. whether its writing a paper, taking an online exam, or watching a video for a research paper it works perfect. CONS: I would have given five stars, but its lacking little things like indicators for when caps lock/ number lock is on. Outside shell is a fingerprint MAGNET **OCD ALERT**. also the mouse pad can be a little unresponsive and clunky - solution - buy a actual mouse.

My wife's laptop fell and ceased to work thereafter. So we we saw this online at Best Buy and it had very thing she needed. She uses it for work as a teacher. It's got the speed, memory and space necessary. I would recommend at $350.

Good laptop with specs that compete with higher end laptops but lacks Bluetooth which really makes no sense since it's a $3 cost to HP. The build quality is OK but not on par with higher end products but then again, it's a fairly priced product. If you need a laptop and don't care about magnesium or aluminum high end build and looks, go for it. You'll be happy. If you need hi def screen resolution and BT, buy a BT dongle but there's nothing you can do about the screen which is touch but since its hinge doesn't flex into a tablet position you'll find it to be useful at times but more of a gimmick in this application.

If you're looking for a powerful but affordable laptop, this one is for you! With 6GB RAM, 1TB hard drive and Intel Core i3 microprocessor, it can handle almost anything you can dream of. At Best Buy's low price, you can't go wrong!

I was searching for an everyday laptop. No need for speed just need an email checking, net surfing machine. After reading multiple reviews and having an issue with a different brand that I bought for my daughter I picked this laptop. I couldn't be happier. It is fast, has tons of storage, boots and shuts down fast and does all I was hoping it would do. The pleasant surprise was realizing that this Laptop also has a DVD drive. I have Windows 10 (64 bit) from the factory and I find it an easy operating system to work with.

This laptop was a great value. I don't do a lot of heavy computing work or gaming, so this thing is perfect. The touchscreen is a nice feature as well. If you want a basic computer to do daily tasks on I suggest this one.

I bought this for son to replace his aging Dell Inspiron 1545. This is a great laptop for the money. Great Intel processor, storage, memory and to boot it's touch screen. Definitely love HP and would get another one.

I bought this laptop to use mainly for my Sillouette projects. The guy at the store told me "it wasn't good enough for that" and tried to upsell something I didn't want simply bc it wasnt in stock, and he wanted to make more commission.. -__- considering my husband is a Computer Tech (and a much better one than the "sales"man tried to be, I knew exactly what I was buying with this laptop. (Needless to say I walked out of that department and just ordered it on the stores website off my phone and picked up at a different location) This computer is Perfect! It runs great with my Sillouette program, and the touchscreen feature is a HUGE bonus! Perfect laptop for the everyday person, or like me, if you are using design software with it! :)

I use this computer for anything from watching es, to browsing the internet, to editing photos, and my son uses it to play games online. It very easy to navigate and fast-running. It's also touch screen!

Love the memory and processor with the touch screen for the price. I don't game with this labtop. I use it for pictures and web surfing. Don't see why anyone would pay more for a labtop if you are not a gamer.

This was a Christmas gift for my high schooler. It serves every purpose needed. I love that is also a touch screen and speedy with multitasking and very easy to use and set up. . We are very satisfied with this

The computer is fast and the touch screen is everything they said it would be. For a middle of the road price range it performs exceptionally well.
