Have excellent service with the questions I have had with this new lap top(HP) from Qeek services. Have been to different Best Buys because of the questions.

Great laptop for the price, does everything you'd expect, and the touchscreen is a blessing for those of us who are now used to tapping on a tablet... So frustrating to switch to a laptop and not have anything happen when you tap the screen!

Needed a laptop to replace an 8 yr. old one. I have a tablet but there are some things that I like to do on a bigger work space with a keyboard. Machine booted right up with no problem and is performing as expected. Some reviews have mentioned things about the resolution or the sound not being that great. Since this is not my primary source to view video or listen to music I think that these aren't really an issue for me. Processing speed is fine for my needs. Not a gamer. Would recommend for anyone who needs a laptop with good features at a good price.

Got this for my wife at Christmas. She is not computer savvy so I got rid of the temp programs that were pre-installed and added the virus programs that are useful. The processor is only i-3 but is great for everyday functions of a homemaker such as browsing internet sites, social media sites, playing videos and some light games. She loves the touchscreen but also uses a mouse. Overall this is great for the average user.

If you are looking for cheap, very light, computer, this computer comes with 1 TB HD and 6 GB so it's fast kinda the same with i5 intel processor!

Basic computer if you need storage and memory. Touch screen very helpful. Processor is not fast, but I do not need it fast. Worth the money paid.

Forced to replace my eight year old computer (I thought it was only four), I chose a different computer, but hated the keyboard. I exchanged it for this model within two days. I like it. If I were doing it again, I would change it to an I-5 or I-7 for increased speed, but this was a good value. Even more so if I had purchased it at President's Sale prices, but the price guarantee is only for 14 days, so I lost $40.

Great product for the price. I can play a decent amount of games on this computer despite the lower processor. Graphics on medium to low settings, but gets the job done. Computer is mainly used for internet, school, and music. The 1TB hard drive is great but upgrading to a SSD would be a good investment. RAM can also be upgraded.

Hard to beat this quality for the price. Has great speed and storage, built sturdy as well.

Great laptop for me. I love the touch screen! It is so easy to reach up there and touch the screen rather than have to reach down and locate the mouse then fiddle around with the mouse to get an action you want done.

I absolutely love this computer. It's fast and the tablet is a plus. I wasn't really looking for touch screen laptop but I'm glad I have it. The keys are smooth. The size is nice and compact and the outside is a gorgeous silver! The reboot on it is a little slow but programs seem to run faster. I use this laptop for shopping, typical web browsing and for school! It's exactly what I needed.
