I bought my HP Notebook, open box, and the staff at Best Buy was a great help. I'm not a very technical Person. I needed advise. This is only my 2nd computer for Home/Small Business use, and I'm tickled with how fast the IP3 Processor is, and 6GB of memory seems plenty! I'm learning to use Windows 10. Evolving as best an aging "Caveman" is able! Thanks Best Buy!!

My previous laptop was under warranty and the hard drive crapped out. The Geek Squad team at Best Buy offered me an exchange ,this laptop for the dead one. I admit i was skeptical ,but i now am very pleased with the HP laptop. I love the touch screen and it is very fast. This unit is priced way below it's value. I coukld not be happier. Thanks Best Buy.

You get what you pay for. Works well with decent speed yet still has moments in which it freezes. The touch screen is a great feature yet battery life isn't the greatest. Overall it works well for its price tag.

I purchased this laptop during the Black Friday sale and it is worth every penny. No problems, works fast and it came with 3 months free of internet protection. Only issue is I feel like the battery drains fast. After 7 hours of typing for school it needs a charge.

Maybe I just haven't found a use for it yet, but I don't see the reason for this to be a touch screen. It's a great laptop for the price - quick, good storage, easy to use, but I don't see the need for it to be a touch screen. At the time of purchase though, it was cheaper than comparable laptops that weren't touch screen so I figured "Why not?".

My wife needed a new laptop for home use. This HP meets all her needs and more. It is fast and easy to use. She likes having a number pad in addition to the numbers along the top of the qwerty keyboard. If you need a budget laptop this is a great computer......

Love the touch screen and the speed .this has lots of memory

This was my second ever laptop and it’s worked great. I really only use it for my online classes and it works great for it.

I love this computer! I especially love the touch screen feature. It's lightweight, sleek looking.I like how the keyboard feels like its just part of the computer without a lot of separation. I would highly recommend this computer to anyone looking for an everyday computer that they like to carry around and get a lot of use out of.

I needed to replace an 8-year-old Dell laptop for our household computer to store photos, music and the household financial data. So far, it has worked perfectly and has actually exceeded my expectations. I would've loved for it to come with Microsoft Office, but that's an inexpensive add. Overall, very pleased with this purchase!

Bought this for hubby as a travel computer for his job. Converted well wherever he went and kept with the things he needed to do for his job. Once again Hp hasn't let us down when is come to getting great performance and quality for a price that won't break the bank. Only wish they would have skins to cover the front
