Easy to use. Keyboard feels great. Touch screen is a nice bonus. Lots of space for music and pictures.

Our previous HP laptop was infected by a virus and killed our hard drive. This was an affordable replacement to surf the web, work on moderate documents, and for my wife to complete her UCLA extension courses. Haven't used it to it's fullest capability, but is good enough for us. Once I've used it further, I may come back and increase my rating from a 4 star to 5 star.

I am pleased with this purchase. I am not a techy, just needed a reasonably priced laptop that would serve my needs. Mainly word processing, some typesetting/graphic design and internet surfing. I am happy. I did have to delete quite a bit of the pre-installed software, but I anticipated having to do so with any device I purchased. The touch screen is a nice feature.

This computer has plenty of storage and speed for the average family to use on an everyday basis.

It’s good for the price, touch screen. It’s a little slow for my taste, but for what I need it for, it suffice. I bought it to do the basics for work. It can do the basics quite well like surfing, word processing, etc... if you need it for Xoom, etc.. it’s still good. Light gaming as well.

Great laptop for general use. A lot slower loading programs than I like, but then I’m pretty impatient waiting on computers and I knew it would be slower when I bought it. For general basic use this laptop works great. Most of my stuff is stored on the cloud so it has more memory and some other features than I need. Still, highly recommend this laptop.

I'm a very tech savvy person. I needed a new computer to do specific things and saw this one. It had everything I was looking for for the price I was willing to spend. This computer is fast. It starts up fast and hasn't freezed or slowed down in the slightest. I do a lot of video editing and it's just awesome for that. In the past, I have had bad luck with HP but they have earned my trust back with this machine.

A touch screen, good processer, and slim lined design are just a few starting points for this laptop. It’s full of bloatware but after you’ve removed the preinstalled programs (majority of them) your good to go. Even with Windows10 Home, using my screen reader software via the touch screen (I’m totally Blind), I’m enjoying the sound quality quite so. Besides it was on sale: can’t beat that witha wetvak. Lol.

Love this laptop! I have had this machine for two years and it just keeps on going. The touch screen feature is awesome, it has three USB ports so that I can use plug and play with my wireless mouse and web cam. I love the numeric key pad on the right to the rest of the keys.
