    I don't have a problem with the laptop but I do not like windows 10 or drop box or Microsoft Edge that comes installed on it. Maybe I will learn to like these items one day. I am not really tech savvy, so maybe that is the problem. However, I never had a problem with the other Windows or chrome. I did download chrome and by-passed the drop box.

    In use for 2-3months now. Battery storage is definitely inferior to any laptop i’ve ever used (even in saver mode) it only lasts a couple hours. Boot time is slow, & it’s arduous to get it to wake up from sleep mode/inactivity state. Rather disappointed overall. Rating 2.5

    this has been a good computer for the money so far, easy to use as well only wish that it had come with more programs that lasted installed on the computer, like windows programs to write documents, resumes etc. I don't like the fact that it only had a 30 day and then you had to buy b/c all other computers I had had this preinstalled and last life of computer
