I bought this laptop at Christmastime & was so happy I did! It's worked great so far, & I love the touch screen (my 2nd touch screen)! The only thing I would suggest is to refine the on/off switch.

Can't beat the price for the speed and the amount of ram it has. The only downside is that the sound of the internal fan is noticeable. If it was quiet, I would give it an A-

Bought it for just family use and had no problems with it. The charge will last about two days before having to plug it in again, depending on how much we use it. First time having a touch screen and liking it.

I have enjoyed the touch screen. There are features I have not figured out, like how to reverse the camera, but that is from like of time. So far, I am happy with my laptop.

We got this item for our son since his other one quit.

Did an upgrade from my Gateway to the HP. Went from 500 to 1TB on the harddrive and 8 gigs on the memory. Definitely won't have to worry about running out of room on this laptop. Best value for the money.

bought for my daughter and she really loves it. The touch screen is nice. This laptop works great for what she needs. Good sounds, graphics, memory and speed. Great Price!

I was really surprised at the speed of this computer.No problem multi tasking.haven done a video chat yet .but I have used a lot of it other features.you really can't go wrong.And I might add at a great price.

This laptop is one of the best PC's I have purchased for the money in the past few years. Touch screen is very handy and set-up was very easy with Cortana voice prompts.

Exceeded expectations with this laptop. Touch screen plenty of storage and memory. Slow to log in and open due to excessive proprietary programs running.

The laptop is a little larger than I expected but it is actually a really great computer. I was fascinated with all of the extra things you are able to do on it and the touch screen is an added bonus!

I love my new laptop it is great. The battery lasts, I like the touch screen, the screen provides a nice clear image, and it works fast and I have the ability to multitask with many different programs open.

We needed a second computer for our five children, which they needed to be able to do all of their homework on. This is a great laptop for the price and allows them to do after school work as necessary.

After over 15 years of using the same laptop, it was time for a new one. After doing a lot of comparing and research, I chose this one. I love everything about this laptop; especially the touch screen.

I bought this for college, it works fine has not given me any problems although at times it can lag a bit which can be very annoying when writing a paper at 3am
