It gets the job done. Windows 10 is incredibly annoying at times, but the laptop itself is easy to use and has a nice keyboard.

Like that touch screen is available even though we have chosen not to use at this time. Love that a number pad is on it. Easy set up

Been very happy with the laptop. Seems durable and reliable. Only complaint is that the battery runs low fairly quickly.

Gear for the price. Sometimes has some trouble loading when multiple programs are open, but definitely satisfied with the purchase.

Does everything I need it to do, bought it for my fiance since she will be going back to college soon. Works perfect if you do photo editing and playing Sims 4 etc.

I had a Lenovo laptop that I loved. When it quit working I bought a HP laptop because it wasn't as pricey as Lenovo. I just love it and it does exactly as I need!!

Using this laptop for basic school needs. It could have been built better as far as weight of the laptop but it runs good so far.

This is my second HP laptop. First lasted about 10 years. For being a touchscreen/tablet capability and excellent hard drive space, tjis is a superior buy!!!

My old laptop didn’t have as much space. I used to have to delete some things. Everything was transferred to my new laptop and it still has a lot space left!

This HP laptop is an exceptional computer for the price. It’s also a touchscreen which is a nice added feature I wasn’t necessarily looking for at that time.

Seems to be working as promised. No problems and came up to speed just like we needed. Did take a few updates to complete the install, but it was expected.

I really enjoy Windows and how easy it is to use. The battery power lasts long enough for doing homework or taking a test.

I purchased two of these computers for my twins that are freshman in college. I loved the features and the price and the twins love the computers overall.

It works well so far. My daughter uses it to play videogames such as THE SIMS 4 and it run pretty well (even though the notebook isn´t the gamers kind).

For the price good basic laptop , good amount of ram , storage , nice processor.

Met my need for reasonably priced pc. Enough power and storage for daily home use.
