So I ordered this laptop for my wife some time ago as a gift. Now I’m far....I mean far from a computer guy but I rolled the dice and thought this would be an inexpensive decent product since her last one was the an HP and she loved it. After using this laptop for a week she closed the screen and stuck it in the closet and hasn’t touched it. I have used it here and there for printing business documents and checking email. Remember me saying I’m not a laptop guy? I do know one thing, HP wasted their time when they even produced this machine. Sloths climb trees faster than this laptop. Take a turtle and put a ferocious tiger behind it....the turtle will win the race. See what I did there? Anyway, Now i know from the time I turn the computer on til the time I’m clicking on emails shouldn’t be anywhere near the 7 minute mark but unfortunately that’s where i am. If I want to google something it’s another 10 minute process. So now I say this, which I could have said in my first sentence, this laptop is too slow, don’t waste your money!

I never had a laptop before so this purchase is new to me. I like it very much. I'm still learning how to use it. I find that sometimes my cursor goes places I don't want it to. But all in all. I really like it and I'm sure I will get used to it and learn more about it. Also, I had no idea this was a touch screen and I just happened to touch the screen to get a piece of dust off, and oh my. LOL Great product

I haven't had the best of luck with laptops recently, so I decided to take a minimalist approach with this purchase after having one that costs more than twice this one have a catastrophic failure. The touch screen functionality and display quality are fine. The machine is not powerfully equipped with a quality processor, and it tends to respond rather slowly for a modern PC. The battery life is pretty good by comparison. The sound quality is poor even as compared to other laptops, but who buys a laptop for sound quality. I just plug it into speakers if I need sound quality. The case is plastic, and I do not have a great deal of confidence that it would survive even the slightest of mishaps. That said, it was quite economical, and in truth, our home laptop is hardly used for more than net browsing and photo storage and viewing. It's fine for what we use it for.

I have purchased several of these laptops. They are lightweight and easy to use.

Bought this one to replace a 4 year old Lenovo whose keyboard and WiFi had stopped working. This is a good Microsoft compatible machine that does everything I need to do. It even supported moving my Yahoo e-mail to Outlook quickly and easily (something the Lenovo would not do). Import of Yahoo contacts was easy, as was import of Google calendar into Outlook. This laptop is much faster than my old one, too. I would recommend it without reservation.

I like the touch screen. Size is perfect. Battery seems to drain fast though.
