I like because is easy to use, and have what I need

excellent product quality and super delivery time.

It was great for my daughter to use for some game downloads.

Good price but nothing stands out. Noisy startup and when you open any application. Maybe the SSD or the fan, but it becomes noisy to a level that's irritating and distracting. The screen does not appear bright enough. In a well lit room the brightness has to be set to over 90%.

This was a great buy. For the price it was well worth it.

Amazing So worth the price Exceeds my expectations

I don't know whether or not the computer I purchased was new. The computer has been in disrepair since November. The computer has been sent back to HP twice. The computer is a LEMON and I would not recommend purchasing it. BitLocker engaged and I didn't/don't know what the key is/was but that's what sent the computer into disrepair. Also, I would not recommend updating software from windows 10 to windows 11. Do Not Purchase HP - 15.6" Touch-screen Laptop - Intel Core i3 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Natural Silver unless you like giving your money away.

The keys don't light up and the color of the letters/numbers on the keypad are hard to read due to the lack of contract on the keys.

We have had trouble with are cards working. Also we keep having trouble with our Comstar starter since we have gotten it.

The product I received was not what I ordered. I told the sales person I wanted a HP Laptop jus t like the one I have. The new one has a 256 GB hard drive my old one has one TB hard drive. I did not know this until I started loading programs. I am a little unhappy.

Computer is a little noisy. Other wise, is running great on programs. Told lady that I would be installing McAfee security system. which I did. Still got charged for Best Buy security system. A little unfair.

Was excited to use the computer. When I turned it on it started flashing and just continued doing that was unable to do anything what so ever. Went back to return it the next day. The service was good, but that's about the only thing that was good.

Okay laptop, it does very quickly. Other than that it was good quality… i needed up returning it because it wouldn’t last 2 hours without having to be on charge

Cheap and not what I expected from hp it could be better

The support people I dealt with were very poorly trained. They showed no initiative in getting answers to my questions, and, what's worse, they didn't seem to care that they were incompetant. I have owned 3 HP laptops in the pat and will not buy another.

Worst computer ever. We have used 12x because of the slow speeds, compared others to test. Screen freezes constantly yet

My fan has stop running. It hasn’t been 1 year yet.

After 4 years still going! The fan to cool it off runs hard now, but no performance issues
