I really like this laptop -- touchscreen, size of the keyboard, number keypad, everything -- EXCEPT the printing on the keys. In low light, they are indiscernible, which is frustrating.

Bought this PC laptop for work. The only thing I don’t like & didn’t check when I purchased it is the keyboard does not light up. The numbers keyboard on the right takes a little getting used to. Otherwise for the price it’s a great purchase.

This is the best computer I have ever had, I have a hp printer that goes well with this hp computer, I am so happy that I placed this order, I just love the Touch Screen, thank you, Best Buy.

Meets all of our needs. Basic email, word processing, internet browsing. Why pay for extra power and features if you don't use them. This model is fast with touchscreen

Brought this computer for my sister who is a college student and she loves it. It was a good buy. I may even have to buy myself one!

The new HP iPad is great for use at home and in my classroom! It was easy to navigate through the setup process and I was able to begin using it right away!

This laptop is everything I need for my personal use. It was very cost effective and easy to set up. Almost everything I have set up (bookmarks, Outlook profile, etc.) on other devices was automatically brought over to this new device. This HP laptop replaced a similar 12-year-old HP laptop, that finally became so slow, I could no longer use it. Members of my family and I have always used HP computers and have found them to be very reliable.

This laptop has worked great for me, no complaints. Very user friendly for all ages! Touch screen is also a great feature & works well.

The only criticism I have about the HP Laptop is the letters on the keys are not very visible, unless you have excellent lighting in your work area.

I love this laptop. Extremely fast and was easy to set up. Came with Windows 10 and was nice to organize my my world on the start screen.

The laptop works fast, clear screen, easy to navigate and is very attractive in it's layout. So far I am very happy with this purchase.
