Good while it lasted

Doesn't last long..

However... that came with a price. Less than a year in we had to upgrade / get a new one. We took it to Bestbuy for repair and they told us we would have to buy a new one. If only it lasts than this would be worth it!

One Nagging Issue

I don't know if this an HP issue or some other glitch. Other than that, which for me is worrisome because I write for a living and don't need to fight this issue when I'm in the middle of a manuscript, It works adequately for me.

The e key doesn't work. All words missing the E

Come to find out I noticed that the E key on the laptop did not work very well at all. So when I type the e is missing in all my words. It's a horrible situation it's pretty much a useless computer right now. Unfortunately they only do two weeks return even on a computer that had been bought in a secondary situation. The service is horrible and the computer is not very good at all and it's useless. I just wish they would replace the computer or at least fix it for me. They won't do that they're just happy to shove a pretty bad computer off on someone.

DO NOT buy if you don't have home internet or wi-fi because you can't set it up without. spent 20 mns on line talking to someone who couldn't understand and speak proper english (from hp).
