HP Laptop

This is our second HP unit like this. The First lasted 3 years but eventually opening and closing the laptop all the time wore out the screen.

Microsoft hostage

Not a good buy

Too many blue screens

I bought this laptop on 11/9 and by now (1/4/2023) it has had 4 blue screens. Went get it fixed at best buy and they didn't see big issue, but then it had another blue screen after I got it back.

It is a HP laptop and HP has never disappoint so I am truly happy with my purchase. However, the antivirus thing that I got with it it’s not really working but other than that it’s a good purchase .

Inferior product

It is no. It comes in S mode which prevents you from using other applications. Had to change my t out of S mode, but continue to have issues with other applications. Complete waste of money. BestBuy online gave me bad advice by recommending this product

Poor quality laptop

Can’t cut off the touch screen, it’s got little circles popping up everywhere. Like the computer is possessed or being hacked. Biggest mistake was letting rep talk me into buy it.
