Okay for internet. Both my macbooks had short lives. I'm trying to get accustomed to Windows. Jumps in and interferes with what I'm doing frequently. Very weak battery for new machine. Only goes a few hours on a full charge.

This laptop does everything and more for my needs. Very easy to use, excellent keyboard and very goid amount of internal storage capacity. Great value for the price!

Great product, at a great price! Very pleased with this purchase. Only wish would be for the ability to connect an ethernet cable, and more than two USB ports.

Don’t waste your money. Battery in the computer stopped working after 3 months and the only options for me was to either send it to HP to repair (which could take up to 3 weeks) or they could send me a battery and I take the computer apart myself to fix. This was all after 3 hrs on the phone and chat feature with their service department. I should not have these issue with a laptop purchased 3 months ago. Very disappointing and I will not be buying another HP ever again.

I needed a laptop for college. Didn’t really want to spend much money to just complete classes and papers. Definitely great for what I need it for.

I was not satisfied with this computer. It’s nice, but after 6 months I had to replace the operating system. I purchased it just for work. It’s not reliable if you need to install hardware on the device to work. I spent another $200 just to get fixed. Could have just purchased a higher quality computer. Never had issues with HP previously.

Only bought to use existing equipment and unable to use with docking station for dual monitors. Wireless Mouse won't connect either. Only get 2wks to return. Never again.

Great laptop, bought for my son for school. The specs were surprising at this price point. He loves it

So far so good. I haven’t had much time to get it up and running with more of the basic functions but overall satisfied and I love the number pad

The setup was easy and because I have good experience with HP in the past it was a natural choice. Best Buy gave it the perfect price!

Great other than the titled issue. I would recommend different version of windows.

Within 2 days of getting this lap top it started to overheat. Seem like one if the fan is not working.was too angry to even put a review until now

Had got away from HP and went to cheaper brand (just a few $) never again! Quality really does matter. Very happy with my new laptop.

No longer works did not last long and I got this a little over a year ago

Horrible product! Battery life is terrible and a screw fell out of the bottom. I’m thinking they must have packed up the display or a return not checked properly and now I am stuck with it! Will not be buying anything from Best Buy ever again and will stay far away from HP products! Very very disappointed and sick to my stomach that I even paid as much for such an inferior, possibly used laptop.
