20 days after purchase the charger port stopped wo

The geek squad said it would be almost the price of the computer to fix it and now I have to contact the manufacturer to see if they will do anything to fix the issue…

Win 11-too much control over my software.

I discovered that Windows 11 had way too much control over my software, so I returned it immediately. A lot of the software I use is not from Microsoft store which is one of the requirements. Now I have a Windows 10 refurbished desktop and love it. Can use the software I have been using for years.

Doesn’t hold a charge

But today it suddenly stopped charging. I've tried 2 HP charges but no luck. Save yourself the feustration pivk a different brand.

HP services is not good.

It looked good, but not in my case. Since I opened it, it did not work well. I was so busy, so I called HP and worked a little better. Then it got bad and when I called HP for fix the issues, HP requested that I have to pay for the reparation. I bought it April 23, 2023. I will recommend do not buy it. HP services and the laptop is not good.

Bad HP battery
