I need help and was refused by manager who knew of all the trouble since 1/7/23 Finally got the printer only thing guy would install NO HELP ON THE LAPTOP I BOUGHT THAT WAS OVERPRICED OPEN BOX! ON TOP OF THAT THIS IS FOR MY BUSINESS I HAD TO WAIT ONLY TO HOOK UP THE PRINTER GRRR I DON'T LIKE IT WHERE EVERYTHING IS SCREWED UP!
