I tried multiple times to get a refund and was told I would get my money back but it has been over a month and the refund still has not processed. Very frustrated with the whole experience. Will not be shopping here again.

I got this one it felt cheap every time I typed the screen moved. And key board moved in. Was not happy. Sound was good though.

Awful Laptop
