Useless waste of money!!

Windows 11 is a huge failure, Keys get stuck, page shifts on it's own while tying, Screen freezes up. Click on a link, nothing happens, stays frozen. Key board light? Never works.

bad quality of the cover

HP laptop computer

Directions are very vague. I stopped into Best Buy to ask for better directions and they told me there isn’t any additional directions. I may have to see if it can be returned since I can’t use it.

Good Value for the price!!

The speed and display are pretty good. The speakers sound a little tinny. I exited S mode so I could download Google Chrome/Google Sheets. The light weight and compact size are great for mobility. Bought it Friday and used it all weekend.

Im trying to return it however the clerk messed up my order and now it seems like im out of my grace period.
