I had an issue with the laptop freezing while installing Microsoft-365 (recommended by Best Buy Rep at time of purchase). When I contacted Best Buy Tech support for assistance, I got NONE.

Great Affordable Device
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this laptop 14 months ago refurbished and asked the Geek Squad attendant for a laptop that would "get me through 1 year with basic email & processing." Little did I know that shortly after that I'd land a job that required me to use my computer 8 hours a day, usually having a CRM, Quickbooks Online, Gmail, and a Wordpress E-Commerce Site operating all at the same time. I was fully expecting to have to buy a new computer, but this little HP has exceeded my expectations! This computer never runs slow, is able to handle multiple tabs and browsers at once, has a decent battery life, and is just an overall solid machine. I'm impressed, HP!

Great and affordable laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this laptop as an upgrade, I thought it would be somewhat better than the ASUS I was using. It was on sale so I figured better than nothing. I can say I am impressed, easy setup, quick response and the touch screen is great. I would tell anyone that needs a basic laptop that this is the one. I do not do any gaming so I can not say how it would work for that, but as a daily use it is awesome.
