It’s everything I was expecting. I like the touchscreen option.

First off I bought this because I couldn't get the Lenovo I wanted as they were out of stock everywhere and I needed a laptop because my old one died. Over all I'm happy with it but it has a few annoying features, particularly the key board. I'll admit I don't see as well as I once did but the punctuation markings on the keys are really small so it can be hard to tell what they are especially in low light. Yes this should have been obvious when I looked at the display model but it didn't really become apparent until I had used it a bit. The up and down arrow keys are very small as are the function keys. I'm getting used to them but still don't like it. The last complaint, and I know I'm not alone in this, is Windows 11. Does some odd things like disappearing tool bars. Signing out and back in usually takes care of that but it's still annoying. Not a bad rig for the money.

Loving my hp laptop, but didn't like that it is not compatible with my current 3 in 1 printer since it is Windows 11 so sad now an additional expense of a new printer

Works well for basic needs. I use it for school. I wish the battery lasted a little longer and the fan is pretty noisy. It meets basic needs though. I also have a surface pro and i prefer that one over this as it makes no noise.

I wanted to treat myself to a new laptop and Best Buy had the perfect one for the perfect price. I am enjoying my senior gift to myself.

At first I wasn’t too thrilled. It took a few days for me to adjust to the new layout. I previously had an HP but the build was quite different.

Honestly this is the best computer I’ve owned and I’m so glad I made the purchase. It’s perfect for school and work.

I would have given it a five but I am unable to attach two auxiliary screens to the system and we'll have to access geek squad in order to get that done

Everything is fine, except for the battery!! It only lasts 4 hours 40ish minutes of continuous use before you get to the "you should plug in your computer" notification. Kind of annoying, especially since it takes a good while for it to get fully charged. My old laptop lasts like half a day. So maybe that's why I find the battery life issue annoying.

This is a very nice machine for the money. 8GB RAM and a smallish drive but perfect for our needs!

The computer is working well. It is an adjustment getting used to Windows 11, though.
