Good laptop for the money. I would recommend it others.

Not a bad laptop for the price, but definitely not a compurlter suited to high end gaming. Can prrform the necessary functions of an adult life such as word processors and emails, but laggs out when tasked with graphics and gaming

It is loaded with unnecessary programs and apps that are totally annoying and want nothing more than to sell subscriptions to programs and services that are not needed—Intel storage, McAfee (only need the basic), Microsoft 365, etc. Constant interruptions to any use of the device. Very frustrating! Also not easy to figure out how to disable S mode that enables you to load apps not found in Microsoft store. I almost returned the laptop because of it. Two tries and nearly an hour later it was resolved. Need customer support with reps that speak English—was constantly asking person to repeat.

I absolutely LOVE the wide screen (compared to my last laptop) it makes a difference! Plus the touch screen feature is truly a game changer.

Computer works well but I’m not a fan of the silver keys with the grayish letters. It makes seeing the symbols and letters difficult. Okay for the price.

It functions well, it has great screen display, and I like the light weight of the cabinet.

Should have never bought a pc with the control freaks MicroSoft. S Mode is the worst system ever. I thought I read up on it better, I can't do anything since they want let me work the way I am use to doing. The control freaks block everything I am trying to do. I'm going to try to delete the S Mode and hopefully I can have a life again. HP might to a good pc but no one will ever figure out as long as MicroSoft is running the system. Sorry

I bought this computer just to do some college courses online, I only had it for 3 weeks and used it for 5 days out of the 3 weeks and the cpu fan died. That is very ridiculous for a new computer hardly used. I enjoyed the battery length and everything else as far as a work computer, i just cannot recommend due to the poor fan life.

This laptop cannot be used with a docking station. If you are only using it for travel, it’s fine.

Not a great computer. Good enoguh for my middle schooler.

Not the laptop I was hoping it would be. Cheaply made, I have only had it about a month and the down key has already popped off. No backlighting on the keyboard and the screen flickers like there is a power surge. Thinking about returning it and getting something a little better.

Pretty much everything about it is very good, but it is quite a bit different from my old laptop, so it's certainly taking some time to get used to!!! d

Not sure if the reviews are accurate, but this screen resolution is below budget. That and it’s VERY HARD to see the print on the keyboard, as it blends in. Definitely not keeping
