Bought this laptop on Black Friday deal 2 years back. No issues at all, even after 2 years of use, works like a new laptop. No complaints Keeping an eye for Black Friday deals for this year, may end up buying another one too if deal is good.

Love this laptop, lightweight, totally what i needed for home use. Great for expense tracking, record keeping, etc. Its a nice lsptop.

This HP laptop was purchased on a Black Friday sale for an incredibly low price that was too hard to resist! Great specifications for a value price with the touch screen, solid state drive, and 12 GB memory. The only shortcoming on the specs was the screen resolution which seemed pretty barebones compared to most of the other laptops we considered. However, this might not be an issue for basic computing tasks. One other drawback was there is no backlit keyboard, although I will say that my son had a similar HP keyboard with gray letters, and he actually said the keys were easier to see with the backlight turned off. Specs aside, this was a gift for my daughter-in-law and I was concerned about longevity regarding the reviews that the keyboard keys were problematic. I ended up returning it for a different model.

I purchased this for myself to use for my college courses and it works perfectly! No issues at all. Lightweight and stylish! I love it

Very easy to setup and use but not a fan of the keyboard. I mean the keyboard does the job but the placement is off. Mouse pad is also decent, it does the job but little issues like pressure near would activate a click (lol bad explanantion but everyone that uses these understand) Battery Life is decent but wish it lasted longer. Does come with features the new macbook air doesnt come with such as an hdmi, sd card reader, aux port, 1x usb c, 2x usb. Screen is good but not the brightest. Its a good overall laptop that comes with features the macbook air doesnt come with (wish it did :/, i mean a macbook air is 1000$+ cmon apple base model) this is a good pickup if you could get this on a good sale. Its just a standard laptop for some school work, email, web surf, and 15inch screen is good size.

Met all of my expectations. Touch Screen, light weight, easy to multi-task with multiple browsers opened simoultaneously.

This laptop fits my needs perfectly. Plenty fast with a responsive touch screen. The only thing missing is a lighted keyboard.
