Fast, efficient, and more than adequate for anything I’ve thrown at it so far. Only complaint as always, would be the bloat ware that Best Buy shoves down your throat with it. It’s a huge inconvenience to get rid of as much of it as you can, as the machine wastes important resources on programs I have no interest in keeping.

Love the touch screen! unfortunately, i laid it on top of my toaster for 15 minutes on broil and burned it up! dont think i can purchase another one! i would love the chance to win a $400 gift certificate! needless to say i was quite upset with myself!!!!

Great laptop for the recreational user.

It's touch screen along with keyboard usage. Holds plenty of files. Only short coming is it doesn't have a CD/DVD drive and doesn't have some of the old time ports.

HP laptop

Touch screen seems a little finicky. I only use for email and browsing so it fills my needs adequately. I have had Dell products and HP products in the past. My experience with HP has been much better than Dell.
