When you strike the keys, the keyboard sounds plasticky cheap. The fan sounds pretty loud when it starts, and it does not take too many apps to run for the fan to kick in. There is a lot of glare but I guess that’s the trade for having a touch screen.

Perfect for running ProPresenter 7 for worship

Our other laptop (only a few months old) didn't have enough RAM to make it work well. So far this has been awesome. It runs the program with no issues and I am loving the touch screen interface.

Great simple laptop

They were able to increase the text for their viewing. It functions well and no lag for the tasks they need to perform on it.

Wonderful laptop for everyday needs

It's fast, loads quickly for everything I need to do. Picture quality is beautiful. I only wish the keys were either backlit or the writing on the keys were darker so the writing stands out better. I'm not a typist and have to look at them to type.

The SSD limits the number of photos that are stored on the computer; however, that is what an external hard drive is for. The screen size is perfect. The price was right (on sale) for a wonderful HP laptop.

A solid, 11th generation i5 laptop, with 12 Gb RAM

It will not have to do any heavy lifting, but it will have to be reasonable fast to boot, and reliable. I think it checks those boxes, and I got out for under $500. So far, it has performed well!
