Was looking for capable laptop, in the 16gb ram category. This one fit the build and i upgraded the ram to crucial 32gb on sale for $60. Its been great thus far, i haven't done any gaming, eventually i will my xbox linked up with it.

This is the perfect size laptop for my use. I had the 17" HP because I thought that the screen size would be better for my eyes, but it was too large and cumbersome to use at times. The HP I5 Intel processor is fast and I feel that it actually saves me time.

My daughter love this so much big helps for her study online

I previously owned a Dell laptop but this HP was recommended to me by my daughter and she was right. This laptop is easy to navigate and does everything I need it to do.

Decent laptop isn’t price range with decent performance

This is a laptop that has a pretty good bang for the buck. 16 GB would be ideal for the amount of RAM but 12 GB is better than 8 GB (simple math haha). With the amount of resources websites, take up these days, the more RAM, the better.

I am satisfied with my purchase and especially the price point. I needed a laptop for grad school, nothing fancy or complicated to work. This HP gets the job done.

Great deal for a good machine exceptionally fast one week spot would be the graphic card so I don’t play games but other than that I’ve never had a computer load so fast from off to doing business is about five seconds flat. No kidding.

decent laptop with enough storage and ram memory, only problem is that it overheats too easily when it runs for more than 2 hours and charging takes long. also, the battery drains fast. good for college use

For the i5, the 12GB memory, and SSD, this computer fits the needs of most consumers including some lower-level gaming needs. But, for most home users, it is streamlined to be fast on boot-up, quick on routine applications (like Microsoft Office), and internet ready. Not a lot of storage space, but that is why they make cloud drives or external hard drives. The only issue I had was it has S-mode Windows 11. This is a safe mode that Windows defaults to. It throws up needing to ask for Admin permission a little too frequently for me. I upgraded to Windows 11 Pro for $100 because I am a little bit of a geek and low-end power user. This shouldn't stop you from buying the computer though. Good bang for the buck here for a mid-range home user laptop.

Excellent product. The Keyboard is extra large with number pad on the side. Screen is wide and picture is perfect. The sound quality is great. Overall I got a steal.

Purchased this as a replacement for my daughters "starter" laptop. She uses this for writing and drawing hobbies. Nice machine at this price point. HP really never disappoints, though.

Once you get past the new OS upgrade (if it's been awhile since you purchased a new laptop), this is great! Easy to setup and light! Very sturdy and a good name. Really nice piece of hardware, especially for this price.
