Most of the computers are complicated, to work with because my parents are old, this computer is perfect, they navigate & use it for the personal purposes with no problem, i think its one lf the best computers out there .

works great, good battery life. ive had it for a year now and would buy again. i dont really use the touchscreen feature too much but i like the option

This laptop has exceeded my expectations. It has enough RAM and disk space to handle Windows 11. For a price point of under $500 it’s a steal. It even has a touchscreen! It’s lightweight, making it good for travel. I’ve had it over a year now. I use it to play basic games and stream shows, plus I use it for work. I’ve been in IT over 5 years professionally and much longer personally. If you’re looking for a good laptop for general work or school use that won’t break the bank, this one is my top choice.

Perfect for schoolwork and light gaming (Valheim and The Sims 4, for example). I love the touchscreen as well. I only wish it had an ethernet port, but the wifi works great. Thank you.

Excellent value. I bought to fill gap between buying a home and work and se laptop. I am using it while deciding on which new one to get for my business. It connects much better to my printer that my iPad.

I have had this for two years now. And I have not had any issues with it. And I do use it constantly every single day for school so I would say this was a good investment.

Pretty nifty laptop. The fan is a bit loud for me, but the touch screen is nice and it has nice features like showing my phone display and tracking.

Good computer, Fast and easy to use. The only negative is the keyboard. The markings are hard to read. Bought a keyboard light so I could see the keys better.

Sleak, fast, and efficient. We are very pleased with our purchase, and expect good things ahead. Really like the 12gb of RAM. Great for research. Our salesperson, Paul, was also terrific. We gave a 4 for battery life. We need more time for a thorough assessment, so 4 is the minimum.

This laptop is great and very easy to use. My daughter likes that it is fast and it has a touch screen. The contrast is great and doesn't cause eye strain.

I’ve had this computer a little over a month and am very happy with it . Very easy to use , battery life is good so far , watch Sunday ticket on it while traveling without issue . Couldn’t be happier.

Seems user friendly but can’t really tell yet. Not sure how to use some of the features. Can’t get the Norton virus protection to load so not going on internet until I can get another virus protection.
