I like so much, fast, light, easy, the only thing is that Windows office is not included, you have to pay for uSe it

pretty good device. bought it for college and works great. did not expect that i would have to py a subscription to use certain features like excel and word

I was helped by Chase and he was very good at explaining everything to me to help me understand better of what I needed and he didn’t try up selling me anything that wasn’t needed for my family!

Excellent computer. The windows 11 has a feature disabling downloads aside from the AP store I had to disable immediately. Fast machine. Great large keyboard buttons and screen

I have had this for two years now. And I have not had any issues with it. And I do use it constantly every single day for school so I would say this was a good investment.

First HP purchase and I would say it a sweet unit so far. I also purchased a hub and will update when I set that up to use as a desktop set-up. Smokes my outdated XXXX brand desktop.

My HP Pavilion laptop is a Godsend! It's a great value for the price. I was on a tight budget at the time and thought I couldn't afford to invest in new computer at the time, but lo and behold, I could! If you have high school age kiddos or kids entering college this year, THIS product is ideal for all who have papers to write -- there's plenty of storage.

When you are looking for a laptop, you don't want to make a bad choice. You're thinking about how you can buy a good one with the budget you have. To many options and opportunities for you and if you are looking for the best, start with the question of what you want it for now and in the future. Well, after some time with this one I think I bought the right one. First of all: excellent brand. And I found what I was looking for in the right place: Best Buy. I recommend this laptop 100%

One of the best bang for the buck laptops out there. Remove all the bloatware (HP stuff, all the add ons, etc) and it becomes a quick little beasts. Not for a IT professional who needs a ethernet port or CD room, but good for casual use. Case could be a little sturdier, but for $400 you can't beat it. Will play some Xbox games, but not many due to it's limited graphics ability, but then again, it's not a gaming rig.

I havent had a laptop since 2016 and it was a mac book pro and i barely even knew how to use it. I got this laptop for school and its simple enough to use and i love it

For the price it's good and as long as your usage isn't on the extreme side you'll have no problems. I do research so I need to be able to run smoothly with 100s of tabs open jumping around various software and tabs so occasionally it slows down to the point where I need to even restart the PC. If that isn't the case for you you have nothing to worry about. The only other thing is that I wish the screen resolution was higher but it's good. Nothing to complain about.
