He advised me well. Any difficulties I have with the product--my major one being learning how to copy/paste with touch screen technology and adapting to a very different keyboard--are a result of my failing to ask all of the questions I should have asked. The store was well laid out. I found the area where I wanted to look at items, and the sales person was competent and helpful.
