He was NOT PUSHY and telling me I should purchase the most expensive laptop. My time is important and he did NOT ramble and talk me into something EXPENSIVE I didn't need.

Decent laptop but horrible screen

It has enough power to do schoolwork and work from home meetings. The keyboard feels like cheap plastic and typing sounds like you’re banging on the whole top of the laptop. I ended up returning this because the screen quality was not good. The touchscreen worked well but there was a whitish glow to everything to the point where anything colored black appeared light gray. Despite the generous 15-inch screen size, the resolution was low, making it feel like a much smaller screen. It did not support higher resolutions in settings to get more space on your desktop. There are better models at this price point even for basic use. Get something else.

My first HP computer

The network speed was dog slow but they kept telling me that was normal. I knew better. After getting a new one the network speed test was lightening fast. The touch mouse is very sensitive. I turned it off and I am using a wireless mouse.
