Nothing but problems with this laptop hdmi port and usb ports go out every time the computer is slightly moved or bumped screen low contrast and on top of that the motherboard failed after a year. Battery dies after 3 hours out of the box and was advertised as having 8 hour battery life.

Did everything and more as advertised great price.

Works well for my purposes. Good basic business laptop. Can handle light photo/image editing.

Very good Laptop I bought it for my daughter and she's been doing all her school work on it I highly recommend.

This machine operates as it is designed. Which is part of the biggest problem, designers have prioritized too much of this thing to be able for just easy everyday use. Too many programs cannot be loaded onto it and Microsoft in their infinite stupidity want you to use only the worthless programs that they installed on it while the real world uses applications that make sense and are much simpler to use. Picture quality is great. Sound quality leaves one to wonder where the volume actually went. Even at the highest setting it is difficult to hear sounds from this machine. Exceptionally poor design that could have easily been corrected after the first generation on this machine were produced.

It’s nice for the price but it’s pretty SLOW! I like it but it could be better, faster, smoother….

The computer works well. It does the job we have intended for use. We have never had a touch screen computer so that is a nice added feature. The speed of computer is fine. We like the computer

Don't use a personal laptop for much at home, so went with this one based on reviews and price. I was surprised at the how light it was and how cheap it felt. It worked great the first couple of times I used it then the keyboard stopped working. I was able to use a wireless keyboard then that stopped working as well. Hoping it's an easy fix, but based on what I am seeing now, I probably should have spent a little more money and gotten something better.

My new HP Laptop is very quick and responsive for the value of the money. I got a great deal on sale. Could not pass it up. My last HP Envy laptop was 10 years old. This laptop is a much improved laptop that is very responsive. I am also using a 512 gig flash drive to help with back up to large files. HP is the name I've always selected when purchasing Computers, Printers, etc. I am very happy with this Laptop. No complaints.

I have always loved and used HP products. This monitor is such an amazing item. The price and quality is exceptional and will always tell family and friends to buy HP. Will buy more HP products in the future.

Had always been an Apple user, but my 2013 MacBook started failing me and I needed a cheaper replacement for basic usage (Netflix, online shopping, etc.). I went with this laptop since it was on sale and it functions well, but definitely has some flaws. CONS: Battery doesn't last long, I find after using it for not even a whole day the battery is already drained quickly. It does charge fairly quick but doesn't matter if it drains fast. Also, I find the fan starts going on and off quite frequently and is loud. It functions for my basic necessities, but if Apple products were cheaper, I would have gone with Apple. Also, the WINDOWS 11 security prevents you from downloading Google Chrome, Sims, etc. so you have to switch out of it.

Is working very well for me. I am replacing an alder laptop and trying to move some things over and get rid of others. I love the display. I thought that I would need to pay twice what I paid in order to get as much as I got on this laptop. Very satisfied so far.

It is good. It fell once and now the keyboard does not work. I got an external keyboard and still performs in a satisfactory manner. The is no backlighting for the keyboard, so it is hard to use in dim light.

You get what you pay for. It’s an average computer but the touchscreen works. It’s not as fast as I would like. But good enough for kid to use for school.

I really like the HP-15.6 Touch-Screen Laptop that I purchased. I am still learning how to use the product efficiently and think that the more I get familiar with it the better I will be able to use it. I really like the screen and the keyboard is easy to use .

Keyboard flimsy keys hard to see. recommend getting seperate keyboard and mouse. Boots up fairly fast. Touchscreen at this price a plus

It's for my wife, it's quick and easy to use. Great monitor and loaded with helpful apps. Easily transferred files from her old laptop, which she dropped. Ouch!

Straightforward setup. Great screen resolution for movies. Light and easy to use. Nice sound system. Perfect computer for web and email. Awesome value on sale.
