The mousepad is starting to become difficult to control. Even with that issue, it’s been a good laptop at a bargain price!

Gave this to my daughter who for Christmas. She loves it. Have not had it too long, so don’t know how long it will last. Hopefully it gets her through college.

Only issue was purchasing online. Seemed like Best Buy did not want me to buy it. Very difficult to talk to a person and when I finally got one she didn't seem like she quite understood my question. The keyboard has a totally different loose feel which I'm adjusting to but everything else works well! Geek squad got me all set up which is wonderful for this old brain!
