    This is more about Best Buy than the laptop I just purchased. This laptop came with a "free" subsciption/download for Webroot virus protection software that cannot be installed on the laptop because the laptop PC has S mode, which apparently only allows Store apps to be installed.. Don't count on the free virus protection software!
