Easy to use. Basic computer with fast speed. The only feature that would be good for me is a lighted keyboard when working in dark situations. Otherwise, the device is great!

Quality laptop. Screen is decent but not great with HDR content. Speed is average, but the main draw for this machine is the price. Great deal when that’s taken into consideration

tO BE HONEST, THISD THE worst RESOLUTION I HAVE EVER SEEN ON ANY LAPTOP, i have seen, used, VERY DISAPPOINTED, completely DISSATISFIED! HP could do a whole lot of BETTER job , i will never recommend it to ANYONE!

I desperately needed a new laptop for use with my designing software. This laptop is perfect for that and the touchscreen is super responsive. Extremely happy with my purchase!

Seems good so far - not the fastest or biggest equipped laptop, but it has accepted all my transferred programs (autocad 3d design) with plenty of room to spare and good speed.

I love this laptop!!!! I have been wanting a new one for a long time and when I saw this one, I couldn't wait to buy it. It is very light, keyboard is so easy to type with.

Havent been able to set it up because of Microsoft wanting a pin# that I dont have and they have blocked me for a month before sending a pin #. I have a password and username that windows 11 wont accept.

Havent really turn it on yet,i got it for a christmas gift for my son,but before i purchased it i did a bit of review hunting and it sounds like itl fit my 6th grader needs.

Enjoy the speed and quality of activities. The best part was the quality of the Geek Squad staff that set up the computer and provided many suggestions for best service.

The HP laptop is a great product. I brought this for my wife for Christmas and she love that is a touch screen. The speed is normal and deal with Window 11 is new for us.

I bought this computer for school. This computer is great, it had every thing that I wanted plus the price was excellent. HP products are really good. I’m very satisfied.

Just set it up today and it seems a pretty fast machine. I have lost trust in HP products but this is my last try... Let's see how it goes in the coming months and years.

Nice computer with easy access and quick start up. Plenty of RAM (12 gb) for everyday usage and fast SSD hard drive. Bright screen for working in low light situations.

So far, it is a pretty good laptop. I have only had it for a week. Works well and very fast. Not sure why they send these surveys out so soon after purchase!!

I got this during Black Friday as part of Clearance deal. Really great configuration and laptop works smooth. Can be used for regular office work efficiently.

I'm going to say it will be excellent however this is a Christmas gift so won't know for sure until 12/25. I have the same laptop so things should be great.

I paid a great price for my laptop. It had all the features I was looking for. The battery life was more than I expected. I wish I would have bought two.

Perfect for my purpose. I'm not a gamer and i don't stream movies on the laptop. Mostly use microsoft office applications for my work. Great value.

Bought for my son who is in his last year in college. Needed to upgrade his laptop from his freshman year. So far so good. Bought on sale for $399.
