Good laptop with moderate price, though this can’t be used for most techie use, normal user with browser and documentation work, this is good laptop

I have not had it long, but I am finding that it is really enjoy this laptop. Much easier to work with. I think it is a great by for the money.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. After the "S" mode was removed hes been playing games and I havent seen him since. I didnt want to spend a lot and buy a gaming laptop so I this was the closest I could find that allows him to play games and still do school work since he enters hs next year. He doesn't care about the hi tech graphics that game laptops have, hes happy he can play the games he likes. I honestly dont know how good the battery is, again i havent seen him since christmas. I think he came out of his room to eat twice.

Screen resolution is weak but is advertised as such so no penalty. Basic functionality is as expected, runs very smoothly if kept in S mode.

I use HP laptop since so many years. I bought this one bk I need speed and my other laptops fee year old but this new one is some time load slow and make too much fan noise.

It i a good product, apart from being HP addict, this product works good for me and this is the second one am buying in a span of 4 months.

computer runs fine but I thought I would have issues with Win11 S mode and I am. Some settings I cannot fix been working on since getting.

I’ve used this laptop only a few times and every time I used it, it ran hot and started flickering. Also I am unable to install the software that came with it on it.

First laptop I've ever owned. I like the touch screen feature but I hate fingerprints on it! It does a great job for what I use it for.

Great price for starter touch screen laptop, but not built for gaming. Very sluggish and poor frame rate speed for fortnite.

I am very pleased with this laptop. It so far, seems to be the answer to my office requirements of needing a bridge from my IPad to something with a bit more versatility while not at the office. My only complaint is that the keyboard is not backlit. I could not find a model that had backlighting keyboard and a numbers pad on the same unit.

I needed an updated computer to run my programs a bit faster and this is it! Streaming speed, no lag...definitely worth the buy!

This was a gift. Super easy to set up. Love the built-in SDcard reader. Seems fast enough for home use. Very pleased, so far!

I returned this laptop as I found the screen contrast to be very lacking. Instead of things being black, they seemed more gray. I bought a Dell on sale instead.

This is a great little laptop for the price. However, you better hope your battery never fails you because there is no way to access it without dismantling the whole laptop! Also, don't think you can just upgrade this thing by adding more ram, unless you again want to dismantle the whole laptop & even then there's no guarantee you'll be able to add let alone change the ram. This is a throw away computer if anything goes wrong. Just so you know before you by.
