Relatively fast, but somewhat hamstrung by Windows 11S mode. There were myriad updates to install from manufacturer web portal, but they would not install until I broke out of S mode.It is much quieter, cooler, and lighter than I expected it to be. Additionally, I found the touch screen to be remarkably good for a sub $400. laptop. Attempts to obtain a price match when I saw a. $20 price reduction failed, but all in all, extremely good quality for the price.

Laptop price was bery reasonable. I use it for online classes in college. Plenty of storage for your work and a fee games to pass the time with. Easily connects to Bluetooth and wireless networks. Super lightweight and it charges relatively fast. Ram is a bit lacking and it bigs down with downloads and sometbin4g else going on, but other than that, definitely recommend this for anyone needing a laptop for work use.

Don't laugh but I was in need of finally replacing my 8-year-old HP 15. But that's how good these computers are if you take care of them. But mine was crashing a few times a day and it wasn't responding anymore and I thought okay time to upgrade. I saw this, the price was great and let me tell you the speed of this computer the memory and especially the additional touches like Bluetooth and a touch screen really make it great for the price.

Overall this is a great laptop. The battery life is great. I charge it once a day and mainly use it for streaming purposes, online shopping and browsing. The graphics and color are a 10/10. Would highly recommend if you're into tech. Ive dropped this from a 4 foot table and has not crack BUT It sure has taken some dents. The response to touch screen is fast.

Great Laptop @ Great Price (I got it for $399 + Tax) would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a fast computer without breaking the bank. Also its HP. Touch Screen. Laptop. i5 Processor. 12GB RAM. Don't care about 256GB SSD(although 500GB would be great)

Good solid laptop. Nice sized screen. Had to take it out of S mode to load desired software but once I did that, I got everything loaded. When the pc falls asleep after a period of non use, it’s difficult to wake it up. It might be some sort of setting that I haven’t found yet, but that’s a bit frustrating. Otherwise it’s a really nice laptop.

I love this little number! I was looking for a new laptop for work, to run 2 way video conferences. The windows 11 s mode was easy to turn off because everything I need doesn't exist in Bill Gates' mandatory store. I Googled how to turn off s mode. That only took 5 minutes. Then, I found a free fire wall and anti-virus software to replace the s mode security feature that gets disabled permanently when you opt out of this feature. Windows 11 is user friendly. Even for y'all that can't find the keys on this keyboard. Then, I downloaded and installed other apps that I use. The screen is vivid and rich on this model and it is quick to load. You cannot move the toolbar at the bottom, which is lame. Other than that, others complained that they couldn't see the keys because the letters are gray and the keys are silver. I say this hasn't bothered me at all, since I know where the keys are! I found that laughable. I think the keys are just fine! I love this laptop. I definitely recommend this model if you don't plan on downloading and installing a ton of stuff. I do use an external camera, so I cannot review the internal camera.

Nice good looking laptop for everyday working meetings net surfing, good for entertainment with nice decent cpu, you can feel good nice speed, the screen and image videos runs good that you can enjoy in a good way. If you look a Pc can always respond not expensive this is a good option.
