So far this has been a very good laptop. I've only had it for a few weeks so I don't know about durability. I use it as a backup to a desktop and so far it has served the purpose. As with most computers now, it didn't come with a dvd drive so I had to use an external drive wich worked well. Time will tell

Great thin and lightweight computer. The core i5 processor makes this machine work at practically light speed. It's got a sliver cover and keyboard and the 15" screen is the perfect size for viewing. Got it at a steal on Black Friday for $200 off the regular price. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

It is a ok hp computer. Look is ok and cheap but still my kids like it.

It was okay, but wouldn't power a dual monitor setup. Had to return.

Love the computer. However, extremely disappointed with the keyboard. The platinum finish makes it very difficult to discern the keys, regardless of the type and positioning of lighting used. Because of this serious flaw, very much regret having purchased it.

Refurbished does not mean included supporting materials.

It comes with S Mode activated, the first thing I recommend is to get it out of S Mode; after that, it is a very nice piece of hardware and has good quality. I am still not crazy about Windows 11 and not either of the Home edition, but it does allow one to work. Good Specs too!

Good laptop with good price, touchscreen is good. It came with window 11 Home in S mode so I wasn't able to download "non authorized program" from Microsoft, like Roblox for my kids. Disable the S mode was pretty simple, just follow the step on Microsoft website. So far so good

Descent bur a back-lit keyboard would made this awesome!

bought for my son's business, he liked how slim it was.

The website led me to believe this laptop had a backlit keyboard however the one I received does not include this important function. The lettering on the keyboard is so light I can't even see the letters and it won't light up at all so it's like typing blind. The keyboard is also very loose and loud and cheaply made, sounds like its going to break with every keystroke. I am so disappointed to be stuck with this laptop with such a bad keyboard that was not accurately described on the Best Buy website.

I cannot recommend purchasing laptops from BestBuy. The condition of the laptop I received strongly suggested it was refurbished, despite being sold as new. The numerous performance and quality issues, combined with poor customer service, made this purchase a regrettable one. If you're in the market for a new laptop, I would advise looking elsewhere to avoid similar disappointments.

My package was delivered at a store because I wasn’t home. When I received it the box was damaged. I took it to back to the store and a gentleman by the name Chris to great care of me and gave me a new one without a problem BEST BUY is the best.

I have no complaints with this laptop. I love it. I use this for work and personal, but nothing "heavy." It more than fits my needs. I was able to purchase at a fantastic price, brand new!

This laptop is exactly what I expected to receive based off of the online reviews and descriptions. So far, the laptops proving to be a good purchase decision and has not caused any difficulties in my first month of owning and using.

Its a lemon. A month after getting begins to freeze and try to turn off and on spend hours trying to fix. Save and reset to factory settings few times in a row. Eventually it works and week or so later begins to do same thing. My trust of best buy and hp is diminished they sold me a lemon and ive lost 500 bucks. Please avoid purchasing this laptop find something else you may get lemon or at minimum buy it somewhere other than best buy and maybe your service experience will be better.
