HP-15.6 is perfect for my needs. If I had my way, it would be nice if I didn't have to learn a brand new operating system every 4 years, but I get that's the price we pay for progress. I am overall very happy with my new laptop.

I have owned many HP products and are very pleased with this laptop. I bought it on sale and like everything except the quality of the keyboard.It just feels very lightweight but works perfect.I would recommend and buy again.

For the money, this machine performs extremely well. The only problem was the silver keyboard. Letters are difficult to see in low light. Black with white lettering would have made this the perfect low price machine.

Excellent laptop. This is my 2nd HP so set up was a breeze. All tbe apos on my other HP automatically appeared and I was ready to use the laptop right away. This one has a number pad on the right which is very convenient.

It's a great laptop, really quick and the screen looks like a 17" even though is 15.6" The HP Laptop is very light and easy to take anywhere it starts quick and works great for on the go places. I will recommend it

very good unit i love hps and wanted one with ssd storage. the one thing i did not like is set to use s drive. that is one way they want to control you. with a little research i was able to get the s drive off

Six years ago I bought an HP laptop from Best Buy, and figured I'd get another one based on the one I had. What a mistake! My old and mid-range HP is much better (still) than this new laptop which is flimsy, lacking in basic functions (hardware and software) and has awful abilities - You can only adjust the screen's brightness and nothing else! It also doesn't support facial recognition to log in. Save the hassle, and buy a different laptop!

Have had it 14 months. Screen is messed up. Said it was a hardware issue . Cost to fix it $400 at least.

Computer is hard to use. Keyboard and trackpad are so close it moves my mouse around when I am typing. Most programs won't even download onto the laptop.

Very descent laptop, just don't expect to use it for heavy demanding tasks. Gaming like Fortnite struggle and lag, otherwise it's quite great for daily work tasks/email/surfing the internet.

I bought this laptop 15 months ago and the display is going bad. Will cost about 180.00 to have replaced.

This computer only lasted a year. Literally quit working 2 days after expiration date

The key markings are hard to see if the computer is on my lap. The oversized mouse pad causes multiple pop up screens that require wasted time to get rid of them

Happy with this HP lap top. Was not happy I got nothing for the Samsung I only had a year ! At least I could of got a gift card or something? I have spent plenty there !

This laptop has a ton of features. But there are 2 major setbacks. The video is very low quality and the keyboard is not light. I t is a good deal for the price ($399.).

I like the computer but it runs really slow. I have a Mac book and the Mac runs faster than this computer.it’s a good thing I only use it for pictures.

HP is a solid PC and it included the needed numerical keypad on the right side, required for accountants and online teachers. Being a Total Tech subscriber is a plus.

This is a gift for my daughter. HP has always been reliable. It will meet my daughter's needs so she can work from home when needed. Mine is last year's model.

The screen resolution is a shockingly dismal 1366 x 768 pixels. What this means in English: When scrolling through an online article or email, the text literally bitmaps/ drags along the screen. Brutal for reading. Most laptop displays are at least 1980 x 1020 or better these days. Hugely disappointing. All of my other HP laptops are 1980 x 1020 so I never thought to check this spec. This one, regrettably, went right back into the box from whence it came. Keep looking.
