The HP 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop is a great computer. I bought for my Son for Christmas to help him complete his education. I would recommend HP to anyone.

So far, it has done everything asked of it (which isn't much). Mostly using it for business purposes, which includes web browsing and Microsoft Office.

This is a nice laptop. Unfortunately the keys didn’t feel right and the space are took a lot of pressure to create a space when typing. There would be many run on sentences when typing. I couldn’t imagine having lifelong difficukty with typing right from the beginning and retuned it for another brand.

Horrific battery life. Weird sharp edge exactly where wrists rest while typing so it is incredibly uncomfortable after approximately 3-5 minutes of use, if that. I thought I loved touchscreens but turns out I hate them and I can’t tell if it’s because this one is so absurdly sensitive or if I just genuinely don’t like them. Got what I asked for though so I can’t be mad about it.

Not as good as thought it would be. Did take it out of the box so I did not know I only had 2 weeks to have geek squad help me set it up

very poor display for the given configuration. if you dont care about display- then fine.

I bought two of them, one for my wife and one for me. Only con so far is it is a non-lighted keyboard...didn't notice that until it was to late.

Did what it needed it to do. Fine unit. Nothing to jump up and down for. Nice price during holiday sales!

5 days after taking this home, it powered up and said no boot drive, no operating system. I sent it into HP and they fixed it. Here I am 2 months later and about to send it in again for the same issue. I should have just returned it to Best Buy while I was in my 15 day window instead of fooling with HP. Just don't.

I usually love HPLaprops but not a fan of this It's a basic minimum use laptop for those who don't want to do extras

Once everything was transferred to new computer and got connected to internet at home, all was good. Just getting used to new systems.

This is a wonderful small laptop that I can take with me from home to work and then on the road when I have to take work on the road.

Nice machine for a medium level user. Email, MS Office, Genealogy, household accounting.

It’s a real nice computer for the money. The only thing is we had to take it out of S mode to download non Microsoft store apps.

I am extremely happy with this purchase. Especially your tech support was a blessing for someone not comfortable with laptops.

This was a great upgrade from my previous hp laptop. Still getting use to windows 11, but not a problem. And a great price too.

I just recently acquired my laptop as a Christmas gift. I like it, however I need more time with it to give a thorough review.

As others have said, the keyboard is awful. Machine itself is good but unless you’re using it on a dock, I’d stay away from it.
