Works great,, needed a laptop that and an HDMI to run a projector on in school.. Works great for videos and youtube for class.

I don’t like this computer. It feels flimsy. Like it’s cheaply made. It works but it has restrictions. For example you are not allowed to download other browsers like Chrome or Firefox. It blocks that. Which forces you to use Microsoft Edge which is just a terrible browser. The port for the mouse is on the left side of the computer which is just weird in my opinion. Also when you have if sitting on your lap (since it’s a laptop) it feels very hot and you have to put a pillow under it if you have it on for a long period of time. I just don’t like it. I would’ve returned it but the only reason I bought a computer was so my 84 year old mother could use it to pay her bills through online banking…and since she can do that, it serves its purpose.

I love HP laptops. Ans this one was a great deal. Excellent quality for the money i paid for it. It met all my expectations!

This is a definite must buy if your shopping for a new laptop. Very responsive, excellent with usb A and usb C plus HDMI.

Got on a Black Friday sale. Well worth it. Good memory and hard drive space. Screen size is serviceable. Looks good too.

I find it very easy to buy things thru the app. I think its great that it alerts you when your order is resdy to pick up

it's a great deal. at this price level beat secs you can have. hardware is great but lacks built quality and asthetics.

boots quickly. haven't finished loading software on it yet, but it has been very responsive when I have used it so far

Good speed, attractive screen resolution, solid state memory is a plus. And it was priced right. Will do what I need.

Seems to be a quality product at a fair price. Its operating speed seems to be good. Still a new product to me.

Worked great until its hard drive stopped working for no reason. It lived on my desk and was never damaged. Very disappointed not even 2 years old

It works well for the basics, nothing too crazy but good enough for a student needing to do research and HW.

On Sale computer that is perfect for my wife in doing the little searching types of things she likes to do

So far so good. Only complaint is that the keys are hard to read. But at the price, I can live with it.

Great computer, very fast and lightweight. The only thing I would change is to have the keyboard light up.

I hate Windows 11. Set up was hard and couldn't set it up the same way my old laptop was set up.

I haven't recieved my anti virus from norton that was offered to me for free when i bought my lap top .

Is inbuilt Microsoft office ? Its showing only 1wk free after that ?
