Haven't even turned it on but was a great price will have to update after Christmas

Super, super slow!! I purchased the same computer a few years ago and it was great. I gave it to my son since he used it more than I did and decided to get another one to sporadically use. This machine has been terrible to say the least. Don’t waste your money.

Perfect for my son k3 school and for my wife for surfing web for family stuff .

I am very satisfied bye the overall appearance and lay.out of the laptop. Unfortunately that don't help it operate. The touchscreen is not functioning and i have not been able to set up this unit at all.

Wanted a laptop just for writing documents in Word, accessing the web, and maybe sometime watch a movie or video. Forget all of the above. From a computing and processing standpoint it is fine. But we mentioned in previous reviews, the screen is horrific - can’t look at it more than 5 minutes without eyes goin bad. Keyboard sucks. Feels like this unit wouldn’t last 6 months. Great price- but don’t bother. Cheaply made and just not worth it.

Horrible just don’t buy it. It sucks, slow, crashed on first use and froze.

It was everything I wanted..the keyboard is a little slow, but not a big deal.

For the price this was an excellent buy. Only thing lacking was the touchscreen

I bought this laptop brand new, and less than 30 days later the computer stops holding a charge. I'm under warranty so I assume I could just return this defected laptop and get a new one. Instead, they said the charging adaptor is internally damaged, so it's my fault. Worst customer service ever.

Very disappointed when I received it & it wouldn’t power up. I knew it was an open box when I purchased it, but thought there would be someone who would power it up to see if the device was functional. So without seeing this laptop powered up, my review will be dismal & have a poor rating.

Not happy with new version. Can’t tell where window end and next starts.
